Liverpool Town Hall Wedding | Greg & Ben

Greg & Ben’s Liverpool Town Hall Wedding

The Morning

We absolutely loved Greg & Ben’s day! Ant dropped me off at Ben’s family home where I was greeted and offered cups of tea by every member of Ben’s family!

It was absolute chilled out vibes, lots of laughter and I was even gifted with a small concert by the family band in the basement!

Ant went to meet Greg and his team at the lovely DoubleTree Hilton, Liverpool!

Once ready, Myself, Ben & Co hopped on the train to Liverpool Moorfields station and made our way to Liverpool Town Hall for the ceremony.

Liverpool Town Hall Wedding

The ceremony itself was so bloody cute! Ben & Greg had the ceremony in the Town Hall’s Council Chamber. An area of the venue we’ve never photographed a ceremony in before! Greg & Ben entered the room at the same time through opposite doors and seeing their heads popping around to check the other one was ready to go at the same time, was one of the sweetest and most fun things I’ve ever seen!

There were a couple of readings throughout the ceremony, read by family and friends. Then after the big smooch, Greg & Ben headed out for a big multicoloured confetti shot, which is one of my most favourites to date.

Reception at the Liverpool Town Hall

After some couple’s portraits around the area, we headed back inside Liverpool Town Hall for Greg & Ben’s drinks reception, followed by food.

The venue was dressed with a geometric bee theme. Which I absolutely loved (and matched as my dress on the day had bees all over it, winning!). We headed into the grand ballroom for the speeches, sit-down meal before the evenings dance-a-thon!

Dancing the night away

Greg & Ben had a beautiful first dance to one of my most favourite songs, it was so lovely and the Town Hall was the perfect space to allow all the guests to circle around them both as they danced. As soon as the first dance was done, the dance floor was never empty and shapes were being thrown, left, right and centre!

Greg & Ben’s day will always go down as one of my ultimate favourites, they really did their wedding their way and you can’t go wrong with that. We wish them both all the love in the world!
