Best Liverpool Wedding Venues in the City
When it comes to Best Liverpool Wedding Venues, in our opinion, these are the BEST places to get married or celebrate your marriage in the City Centre of Liverpool!
So as most people know we are scousers! (do not care if our wheelie bin is grey and not purple, shush!) And we absolutely LOVE Liverpool weddings, they’re close to home, Liverpool people are always up for a laugh, we know the area for loads of amazing photo opportunities. Now we’ve shot at a lot of these venues, BUT some we haven’t (but would love to!) or we have them coming up in 2018 and we are super excited about them.
Best Liverpool Wedding Venues
So before I even start, the majority of places now have approval to perform ceremonies and if you want all of your wedding in the one place then it’s good to check this link on the Liverpool.gov website HERE. If your venue does’t perform weddings or you really want to go ALL OUT Liverpool then you’re not going to beat…
St George’s Hall
We’ve shot countless weddings here from big massive family affairs, to 2 people elopements where we’ve been witnesses (amazing, I know!) You can’t beat the big door ways, the pillars, the Empire Theatre a 2 second walk away and the gardens at the rear. The ceremony rooms aren’t too shabby either!
Titanic Hotel
Modern, luxurious, cool and all other amazing words. This venue is just a dream for a couple who don’t want the traditional kind of place. This venue just screams Liverpool and has a really dark, sexy industrial vibe going on!
OH ME OH MY
A stunning venue with views of the Liver Buildings and other City Landmarks. Loaded with class and modern taste, we have been lucky enough to be guests here and are looking forward to the two weddings we have to shoot here next year!
30 James Street
Vibrant, rich, central and full of actual stuff from the Titanic ship (and replica stuff too, most of it’s in the sea, so I’ve heard…) They have ‘The Carpathia’ restaurant which has incredible views across the city and a beautiful ceremony room with loads of space.
Camp and Furnace
Another place with an industrial vibe but very modern and artsy. There are 2 separate areas, there’s Camp and then there’s Furnace. This place has regular Bongos Bingo and Cinema nights and is in the cool Baltic Triangle! We have one wedding here for next year but we are keen to get a couple more booked in!
Hard Days Night Hotel
Also known at ‘that Beatles Hotel‘. The ceremony room is gorgeous with a mirrored wall for the guests to get a good view! and you’re in the ideal place to get some creative portraits outside
Hinterlands
This venue is unlike any other, and appeals to all different kinds of couples. situated smack bang in the coolest area of Liverpool, nestled in by Tusk, The Baltic Social & Cains Brewery. You can’t beat the location for amazing, colourful and creative images. Hinterlands describe their venue as unique, alternative and outside of the box, which you can’t argue with. With several exclusive areas that will attract people of all different tastes and will have creative couples DRIBBLING!

The Baltic Social
Just the coolest place ever! Located in The Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool with just a beautiful colourful urban feel around it, also, the food is RIDICULOUSLY good! Great for a wedding with an alternative vibe!
Hope Street Hotel
Exposed brick work everywhere! This venue has the lightest and brightest ceremony rooms with a super pretty and airy feel about them. We’ve shot a couple of bridal preps here but yet to shoot a full wedding! It’s on the list!!
Isla Gladstone
Based in Stanley Park, between the football grounds of Liverpool FC and Everton FC and surrounded by greenery. Featuring a gorgeous bandstand for outdoor weddings or just some pretty couple’s portraits!
Sefton Park Palm House
Like the outdoors but indoors! Even if it rains on your wedding day you’ll have the pitter patter rain drops chilling everyone out and you have the stunning greenery and tropical plants all indoors! But if it isn’t a rainy Liverpool day, you have the masses of grounds all around you! We have a gorgeous wedding coming up here and will update with images when we’ve shot it!
Liverpool Marriott Hotel
Another sort of hidden gem, situated right opposite St George’s Hall, another great venue. A small walk away from the greenery of the gardens and easy to get to locations for photos.
Everyman Playhouse
Who wouldn’t want to get married in a theatre? Especially one in central Liverpool. A stones throw away from the artsy district of Liverpool and overlooking the WigWam Cathedral! Will be updating with a 2018 wedding here in the summer!
Venue at The Royal Liver Building
The last one in our Best Liverpool Wedding Venues List. You aren’t getting more Liverpool than this place, with views from the Liver Building across the Mersey, The Liverpool Museum and all the goings on at the water front. Beautiful white walls, an absolute blank canvas for anyone looking to get married!
