Lexi & George
Decided to really cut back on their wedding as it was during some of the toughest tier restrictions in Liverpool. Weddings were permitted to go ahead but receptions were not and there were other restrictions around that too. Lexi & George decided that no matter what, they wanted to be married to each other and luckily, we were allowed to be there to capture the moments for them and their families who couldn’t be there. Although, if you look closely at the pictures you’ll see a couple of phones in attendance, behind which were Lexi & George’s families on zoom, watching the wedding from home.
It’s been such a surreal time but honestly, Lexi & George were just the fresh air that we needed. We got to experience a couple so genuinely in love and it really gave us some peace of mind that love really isn’t cancelled and normality will resume at some point. We just have to hold onto it!
Lexi & George’s ceremony was conducted at The Venue at The Royal Liver Building, in their clean, white room. I absolutely love the ceremony room, it’s so easy to decorate to your own taste or just keep it fresh and plain. Their ceremony was so sweet, authentic and reminded me of why I love my job so much, and why I cannot wait to get back to doing this full-time again. We went for a stroll around the waterfront and got some sweet and romantic shots and also some hilarious ones, as you can see below! George & Lexi were bubbly and just so full of joy. I can’t thank you both enough for giving us our creative vibes back and being so much fun to work with.
Wishing you all the love in the world!
