Hannah & Gareth’s laid-back, industrial vibe wedding at Liverpool’s best alternative venue, Camp and Furnace Wedding
Camp and Furnace Wedding is a well known wedding venue in Liverpool’s up and coming industrial area of Baltic Triangle. It’s known for it laid-back feel, it’s amazing toasty furnace, and for it’s stunning exposed brickwork.
If you like the quirky warehouse feel of wedding venues then Camp and Furnace is the place for you. It’s no wonder Hannah & Gareth chose this place to house all of their fun guests during their wedding day and they definitely appreciated the vibe.
Having the ceremony upstairs in a lightly lit, plain room, Hannah & Gareth had the opportunity to dress the venue exactly to their taste. There was lots of ribbon and flowers, and a gorgeous walkway of vintage rugs for Hannah to walk down with her bridesmaids.
Going for the real bohemian feel with flowers in their hair and Hannah in a stunning lace dress, the contrast between the setting and the outfits was just STUNNING!
Camp and Furnace Wedding
Arriving in vintage VW camper vans into the venue was so cool! With all the guests tucked away upstairs. Later, in the reception, the guests were given the opportunity to see the vans for themselves and they were super impressed.
My favourite part of Hannah & Gareth’s day, aside from the amazing couple’s portraits that we captured, whilst going for a stroll around the Baltic Triangle area, was their surprise band Hardcore Hornography. The group were outstanding! They had all the guests up and dancing and had a real flashmob feel about them! And they mingled around the venue and really had the guests going for it!
You could tell that Hannah & Gareth have a real love of music and creativity, and that was well reflected in their day, especially with Hannah and the kids dance routine during the speeches!
There was a real feeling of family and closeness and warmth. I think their laid-back vibes really helped the day go so smoothly and kept everyone chilled out. Except for later on, on the dance floor, when everyone really went for it with their dance moves
Such a warm day, filled with love in the most beautiful Liverpool environment. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. You can’t beat a good scouse wedding!
